RelocateUs is a cost effective service and we feel that you will find our services excellent value for money. Our services are quoted as per the client’s requirements. Using our services allows you to get on with your life and business.
Once we have discussed your needs a scope of works (plan) is completed to confirm that we have understood your requests.

Property Search packages will vary depending on : budget, number of suburbs, type of property, and complexity of the search. Our fees will be a fixed amount (as opposed to working on commission). Our fee structure is designed like this so it will give you an accurate budget for your expenses, and openly disclosing that we are not profiting from you paying a higher price for the rental property of your choice
Private Householders
Inspections, Packing, Concierge and De-clutter Services are charged by the hour and require pre-payment via our website. Link will be provided in your quote.
Commissions Policy
Our Policy does not allow us to accept commission from any realtor, hotel, serviced apartment, removalist or trades person contracted during our Project Management / Consultancy Service engagement. This ensures that our client’s requirements are our priority and you will benefit.
